Serving Suggestion

1. Add honey to sweeten & milk for a creamy taste.
2. Mix all ingredients together. 
3. Pour hot water over the ingredients and steep for 2-3 minutes.
4. As you stir clockwise, repeat this intention 3 times prior to taking the first sip : “I am highly intuitive. I receive accurate information.”
